Swimming with clothes on
I swam alone in the large lake, The sun already making me bake. The clear water cooling me down, Keeping away the horrible frown. I don't know why but I like swimming with clothes on, I have been told its hard but I am long gone. My green dress pulling under, I can't help but wonder; Why do I like nearly dying, If I didn't admit it I would be lying. I kept my head above water- just. My mother runs out calling and making a fuss. I swim back to land and reassure her, Her panic attack was now cured. She told me off and dragged me inside, I guess I will never feel the water again by my side.
