6 November 2012
I step out of the comfort of my house,
Into the frost cold winters day.
Cold wind creeps up my back,
Causing the hairs to stand erect.
I take a step on the luscious green grass,
It crunches like an autumn leaf.
I wrap my scarf tighter around my delicate neck,
And button up my fur coat.
A nice walk to school,
I think to myself happily.
Leafless trees line my path,
As I stride along the icy pavement.
Being careful not top trip,
I look at my booted feet.
I grab a hot chocolate on the way,
Hopefully it's sweet liquid will warm me up.
Finally I arrive at school with a red cheeks,
also a very runny nose.
