If I had to choose one day to define myself...

Working from the inside out.

I would start off with a storm,

Wind howling,
Rain falling,
Lighting sparking,
Shelter calling,
Men running,
Thunder booming,
Women hiding,
Darkness looming,

I would wipe away that storm,
Replace it with a calm wind,

Soft sunshine,
Bees and birds,
Warm winds,
Inside; nerds,
Sleeping; babies,
Outside; jocks,
Working; adults,
Sandals and socks.

Take that day and bundle it in snow,

Cold, clear ice,
Ol' Jack Frost,
Snowmen frozen,
Everyone's lost,
Blue fingers,
Numb toes,
Vacuum flasks,
Thick snows.

Ugh I hate this it was a dare that... Got wildly out of hand. It will be deleted tomorrow morning. I suck at poetry and I deeply apologise.

Decider.

I wear the scars, they don't wear me. I set the boundaries, choose what they'll be. I write my lines, they don't fall out. And if I speak, I may just shout. I wear the scars, they don't wear me.

Words: Courage

Courage is what makes us. Courage is what divides us. Courage is what drives us. Courage is what stops us. Courage creates news. Courage demands more. Courage creates blame. Courage brings shame.
