A cockerel's crow,
A harsh no,
A child's cry,
A loud sigh,
The TV's drone,
A mother moan,
A sister singing,
A keyboard clicking,
My Opuss meowing,
A bird is tweeting,
A family's laughter,
As I watch,
Close my eyes and hear the sounds,
Calmness,
Love,
Happy,
Family.
The sounds aren't perfect silence,
But silence is,
Scary,
Quiet,
Creepy,
Troubling,
So I welcome the sounds,
The joy and the tears,
It reausures,
To hear my family's sounds.
