Kai
I woke up and it felt like something had been unlocked in my head, then it came back to me. Hazy eyesight and sharp sense of smell, what had happened then, it had felt so right… “Kai,” a warm voice said “ Can you hear me?” I nodded, “I’m Rose, I’m a wolf,” “ wolf ?” I asked, she touched my arm and a stream of pictures and thoughts ran through my head, I suddenly understood. Then my stomach rumbled and she laughed “ come on,” she grabbed my hand and pulled me out of the bed.

The wolf from the train came in with another wolf, we hadn’t seen him since he got carried off the train. He walked over to the food and picked out a burger then turned and walked back to the wolf table with the she-wolf. They looked at him disapprovingly and one shoved him back, calling him names and taunting the she-wolf; Rose. “ Look what the dog brought in!” I looked quickly into some minds and found out that Rose was a dormant like Kai and couldn’t make the change until she found her mate, the other wolves where cruel to her. I spoke to Rose in her mind “ come here, with Kai,” she tugged on his arm and they walked over to the table, “Sit down,” I said. “ Thank you,” she said nervously. “ Kai, do you understand why they don’t like us?” “ Um no” he had a mouthful of burger in his mouth. “ We are dormant, we only have a tiny amount of wolf blood in our bodies, but it will get stronger as you change more. But you can only change once you find your mate.” She looked sad and Kai nodded “ But I changed in the medic room,” he looked confused. “First change, it happened to me, your wolf blood recognises the wolves in the building.” Rose sighed, she was unhappy the wolves treated her badly it was like racism, but about bloodline.
Lola I left my food the table to cool down. I walked over to the witches as I passed the fallen I noticed that there was only one boy, there were 4 girls. They all looked at me disapprovingly, I saw the gold crosses, a pearl and a tigers eye stone around their necks and scorned, God was their life, they prayed, wore white and hid their wings. We are the fallen, we keep the earth running, God chose us to fall to save a dying race, not to banish us from heaven. I wore a silver cross, an emerald and a black sapphire stone. Gemstones mean a lot. I went over to the witch that caught my eye and sat down next to her, “ Hi I’m Lola, I am new here. Do you mind if I sit” the 3 witches with soft grey robes and short hair turned and walked off. “ Yeh, sure don’t mind Celia’s lot they hate everybody. My names Sofia, I’m the a loner,” I turned my head to look at the fallen “ Yep me too, do you want to come back to that table with me I have left my food. “Sure.”
