Rydian stood on the edge of the cliff top. His dark grey eyes scanned the horizon. Watching, watching. A flash of light caught his attention. Again. It flashed three more times. The signal. He pulled the hood of his jacket over his head, and stepped closer to the cliffs edge. The sea was daring him to jump. Jump Rydian. Jump. The waves crashed and foam cascaded onto his white converse. It was mocking him. He couldn't do it. Could he?.
I'm thinking about writing a new story... This is just a taster. Comments?.
