Chapter 4: Interrogation.
When I woke I was in a large, cold room. Everything was made of steel. The tables, the chairs, the walls, everything. I quickly noticed that my hands where cuffed, yet again. After my eyes adjusted to the harsh light above, I noticed two white coated scientists staring down at me.
One was completely bald, with tiny rimmed glasses sitting on his nose. His face was expressionless and cold. The other scientist was the exact opposite. A young man, he had thick black hair, pale blue eyes and his face was a mixture of interest and concern. Let me get one thing straight, I can't speak English, but I understand it. Again, I don't know why. So I usually communicate via different means, such as nodding my head or blinking.
On noticing that I had woken up, the young scientist strapped a strange metallic headband to my forehead, while the other fired up a complex computer system sitting on the test. "Right." said the young scientist, who I late found out was called Dr. Kilgour, "Can you understand me?." I nodded. "Were going to ask you a few questions, answer them truthfully or you will receive a painful electric shock. I sighed. "First question. How did you manage to reach the weapon storage without breaching the security system?." I shrugged, the older scientist muttered away to himself, closely scanning the monitor. Dr.Kilgour flicked a switch. I felt a painful shock in my forehead. "Don't lie D5-Z. We know what your capable of." He smiled sadistically as he flicked another switch, causing me to jump. "Let's try again. Why wer-..." Suddenly, the power cut. Everything went dark. But I could see. The two scientists were shouting into their walkie-talkies. What had happened?..
(Ok, so I think I might stop this series here because it's not much fun to write at the moment. I'm on a bit of a writers block so any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.)
