I sometimes wonder, What I would hear If my senses were muddled and I Taste with my ear.
Would Gaga be salty, Or mozart a meal? Would I taste the noise Of the city as salty or sweet?
I'd smell all the touches Of silky and smooth, They'd move through my nostrils and I'd smell cold Or hot.
What about seeing the smells Of newly cut grass and freshly baked bread? I'd watch them dance through the air.
So if my senses were muddled and I smelt every touch. Would I taste through my eardrums and see every sound?
