Part 4:
At lunch I sat alone for awhile starting at the table trying to clear my head. I look up to see my other friends at the table with me. Danny, Kevin, and Kenny slowly walking up to sit next to me. "What's up man!" Kevin said as they all sat down. I nodded at him. "Hey guys whats up?" I tried to push away all that had had happened today. "Uh nothing much I'm ready to leave" Danny said laughing. Looking back at me "You know coach is going to make us do wind sprints at practice today right?" "What why?" I said a little shocked "Some of the other players decided to prank the underclassman team, no one confessed so we all gotta pay for it"said Kevin. You can hear the annoyance in his tone. Kenny laughing, "Oh! Prepare to die boys haha thankfully I'm not on the team with you losers!" I smiled. "Losers? Were 7-1 right now, all we need to do is win one more to get in the play offs and were going to do that this Friday, HooAh boys?!" I stared at Danny and Kevin putting my hand out between them. They nodded and laughed and put their hands over mine. "1,2,3" I counted down. "HOOAH!!" we yelled and laughed.
Everyone looked at us. Some laughed and smiled. Others annoyed that they weren't being focused on. We sat back down and ate our food. I looked up to see a new girl walking into the lunch room. Everything was slow like a movie. My eyes began to magnify so hay I could see every inch of her. She had long blonde hair and thin eye brows that were more or less dirty blonde. Her eyes.. Blue with a hint of green and hazel at the edge of her pupils. Her nose a cute sized that rounded at the tip. Her lips too kissable.. her bottom lip a little bigger then her upper lip but who would just take the time to point that out I mean seriously.. they'd be a creep.. What am I doing?.. I am!.. I bumped Kenny "Who's the new girl?" He smirked at me. "That's Elizabeth Powell, She just started today. I have her in my first hour but thats about it. I smile as she walked by to sit at the table that was two back. "She's mine Hawkens!" I turned around to see Jacob. I cocked my eyebrow at him and laughed. "The Qb always gets the girl Silas" he grinned deviously. "Especially the one's desperate for attention like your ex?!" He laughed and walked away. Kenny laid his hand on my shoulder. "I'm okay bro, no worries."
I look back at the girl to see that she was staring at me this whole time. I quickly looked away. My friends and I spoke a little bit more and they left but Kenny stayed hack for a sec. "Dude don't let Jake get into your head alright?" "Yeah I know bro it's fine, it's whatever" I quickly changed the subject. "So I'll meet you after school?" he knew what I was trying to do and walked away. His back to me he threw up a peace sign. "No one does that anymore!" I yelled. He put his index finger down leaving his middle up. I laughed and chuckled to myself. I turned around slowly to see her writing on her note pad. She looked up right away as if she knew I was watching her. We made direct eye contact and right there and then. I felt something.. A spark.. Her face flashed in my mind. It was a little slap to the face.. I looked back up to see her. She grinned and smiled at me. I blushed and got up to throw my trash away. "Excuse me?" I heard from behind. I froze.. I turned around to see her standing there looking like a lost puppy. "I have no idea where Room 54 is?" she said so innocently. "Ha, English?" I said. She grinned and nodded. "I'll walk you to it" I smiled.
