Introduction:
"They're close you must run!.. Now!" a voice burst from my head as if he were next to me. My eyes open. I feel all around me to feel nothing but fallen branches and dirt.. A forest.. I slowly get up.. A sharp ring starts to erupt and it disorients me. "AGHH!.." Breathing starts to become harder. "Where.. where am I?!" "You must run.. RUN NOW!".. His voice loud and clear."Who you are?!".. nothing.. ffffwwt! An arrow hits the side of the tree next to me.. My heart began to beat even faster. I ran as fast as I could.
I run skipping over fallen trees and mounds of dirt. Leaping over rocks and what looked like to be little holes on the ground. An arrow hits my left leg going through my quadriceps going through my ham strings.. I fall to the ground.. I began to feel a shock in my body. My wings ripped through my back like a bullet flying out of a guns chamber.. "Fly dang it!..." I can feel the life draining out of me.. Tears flow down my face.. "Fly Silas.. fly.. dang it.. fly.." I look up to see a full moon.. My eyes began to tear.. My pupils began to dial closely..
A black shadow appears before the moon like an eclipse.. But it's a person.. A man.. In his hands he holds a blade.. Almost like a machete.. "No.. Please.. Please don't.." he raises his hand with the blade.. The other grabbing for my wing.. His arm dropped to my wing and the blade cut through like butter.. "AGHHHH!!!!!....." my wing disappeared like it had disintegrated.. Vanished from thin air.. It felt as if my own arm had been chopped off.. My body grew lifeless.. My tears began to fall even more.. I looked up to see his arm raise again.. As it dropped I let out another scream.
