Part 5:
As her and I walked through the hall ways I found out a lot about her. Her name was Elizabeth but she would prefer to be called Elli or Liz. I hadn't known which one to pick yet. She has one younger brother and that she wanted to be a writer and photographer. She had a very nice camera that she would so often take out and snap at random kids or things that we would walk pass by that she found interesting. Instead of showing her to class right away I wanted to show her around. One thing our school had was a balcony. Her and I went out there so that she could see it and maybe take a few pics. Her fingers started to click as the lights from the camera would erupt into a burst and her camera lid would slide open and shut. I became speechless. Her hair blew in the win. She looked calm. Her face would light up as she would go for the next picture. "We gotta go madam" I said and right there and then she took one last picture.
The lights bursted like a flash of light that would blind you for what felt like forever. My body tensed and I trembled in fear. But it seemed like a picture was forming within this light. I saw a man, a kid, me.. wrapping my arm around.. Who is that?.. She turned around to kiss me. It was her.. At an instant it flashed and went away. "You okay?" back to reality I stood in the same position while I stared at her. "Yeah I'm fine why?" "What's your normal eye color?" "Brown?" "Well it just went from straight white, to light blue, to a yellow, and then brown.." my jaw dropped.. "Uh.. It does that from time to time.. Hehe" I gave a sly smile. "Ugh yeah.. Sure.. Your weird." she giggled to herself.
As I walked her back to class she told had told me that she had moved from Florida to Michigan. "So why on earth would your parents do that?!" "My dad got a job offer he couldn't turn down so that usually comes with "Hey guys, were moving because I want to" so that's pretty much it" she said. "Nice impersonation" I laughed. "So tell me more about yourself "Silas" if that's your real name.." "It is! You're just jealous and you know what?.. I'm okay with it" I added a wink. "I'll tell you more another time" I laughed "Now we get you to English." As we walked back we laughed and just talked and I told her to come to the game this Friday. Two more days till game day I thought. "And this is English!" I smiled. "Thank you kind sir" she laughed and curtsied. "What class do you have Mr?" "It's really boring, I won't waist my breath." I laughed and walked away. "Bye Elli." I smiled to myself and turned to see her blush and walked into class.
