Has anyone seen Drive? It overtook Forrest Gump as my favourite movie of all time when I saw it, but it gets nowhere near enough credit. One of the most atmospheric, artistic films ever made. The best testament I can give it is that I wasn't sure on several occasions whether the movie was set in the 80's or now. Absolute masterpiece, with one of the greatest soundtracks ever. Please, please watch it, you will not be disappointed. Gosling for President.

Nightcall was great, the atmosphere was spot on (as you pointed out) and it was a great movie showing how it's possible to be completely lonely in a crowded city.
