Sometimes saying what you need to or what to say can often be the hardest thing imaginable.
We will sit for hours, possibly even days, going over and over things in our minds.
And sometimes it will leave your hands shaking, and you'll feel like there is no end to the torment of voices in your head.
But the very best way to deal with these things is to say what must be said. Even if you're worried that it will hurt someone, it has to be important to worry you so much.
I often find I write my thoughts down in song form and will (sadly) take my anger out on piano keys. But it's my way of dealing with things that other people just can't help you with.
Don't let the anger or sadness overwhelm you. Say what's in your head.
