An acronym to reflect up on when you feel distant from the world and all within it....
See our world as a fresh jug of water a beholder of us, many tiny droplets of molecules- when poured out we become separated, we pick up our own dirt and fluff, we all lead very different lives through different opportunities we find our own paths. It is easy to forget at times we were once all together in that jug, small molecules collectively forming one matter. We are as one.
