150g king prawn

Celery Cucumber Peppers Broccoli Mushrooms Garlic

50g quinoa

Tom yum spice and herbs: ginger, lemon grass,chilli

I chose to add miso sachet for extra flavour and for added salt fish sauce or yeast extract ala Vegemite!

I enjoyed. It's quick and easy: chop all veg, put in a pot with 1pint water and quinoa. Leave to boil an simmer minimum 15 mins.... Enjoy my Thai/Cambodia/Laos influenced dish

I also added some fresh home made sourdough bread with cheese and garlic toasted on top like croutons. Extra yum!
