The first thing I learnt in Physics is that energy cannot be created nor can it be destroyed; it can only change from one form to another.
Energy is conserved. We all conserve energy. If you think about it long enough you can conclude that we are energy. Our souls are energy. We cannot be destroyed; we can simply just change form. When we die our energy will carry on changing form forever.
