I was 7 or 8. My mum gave me 5 cents for the till box before i went to church .During mass , when they passed the till box ,I purposely dropped my coin on the floor andtook ages to pick it up. So when i had finally picked it up , it was too late to give my share . I told god that i was not to be blamed if i had not had time enough to slot in my coin. Then i happily saved the coinand bought icecream on the way back home. My mum could not scold me as i told her it was not my fault. I repeated the same mistake for a few consecutive sundays.
