Ok, this is so cheesy but it's kinda fun and I know it's not Christmas. I did write it at Christmas though... Enjoy!

Winter's here and now we dream, Dreams of snowflakes and evergreens, Dreams of rosy cheeks and a red nose, Numb fingers and numb toes.

Twinkling lights and artificial trees, Drape tinsel, place holly leaves, There's so many things still left to do, But Christmas day just waits for you.

Wrap up warm and fill yourself, With festive food and drink to health, Finally it's Christmas Eve, Come dreams of gifts we will receive.

The night is long, so hard to sleep, And Santa Claus must only creep, For any sound he's sure to make, Will startle children from dream to wake,

Morning comes; it's Christmas Day, Wrapping paper in disarray, Children scream and shriek with joy, As they play with their brand new toys.

Dinner's ready with all the trimmings, Hats and crackers and all are grinning, Festive food on festive plates, But now the house is in a bit of a state.

We find with despair that it's Boxing Day, And coming to an end is our holiday, Still we celebrate with food and wine, Thankful for a wonderful Christmas time.
