Christmas Day and the presents are open,
6 o'clock I was woken,
Niquita woke me,
I had to wake Brynley,
He didn't want to rise,
Till I told him Santa's been and left him a surprise,
Watching the magic unfold with each tear,
My problems washed away I don't have a care,
My children are full of glee,
Santa's been and made my kids extremely happy,
Off to visit my mother soon,
Christmas dinner half hour after noon,
And to exchange gifts with them,
Most probably barbie and Ben10,
My Grandad is going to be mad with the family,
We've all chipped in for a 46" led tv,
Bit of a selfish buy,
His current ones small we can't read the menu on sky,
So here's to sharing memories and tales,
Gifts exchanged and talks of January sales,
Sweets and chocolates but no mince pies,
Merry Christmas and have a great day guys!!
