A perfect start to the week
After a week that was crappy and bleak
Excitement now building
As final papers I have been signing
All official and legal now
It feels like a dream somehow
Finally my own space
In my first individually owned place
A completion date set
A deadline that will be met
Can't wait 2013 is looking brighter than ever
Now all I need is some decent weather
