Masr is her real name. Some say Egypt but to me it's not the same.
Masr is a hidden jewel too precious for one man to own. Masr is a queen that doesn't need a throne
Masr has history from way before you were born. Masr gave martyrs defending lands that were not even their own.
Masr loves art and she is a beautiful dancer. Masr will hold your hand along the Nile when you are searching for an answer.
Masr has flaws like any other. But I can never replace her embrace with another
Masr is now lost and all alone. Wolves are pulling her apart and they can't see that there's nothing left to own.
