I haven't been updating much maybe disappointed. Anyway the president is still oblivion. The Suez Canal cities started civil disobedience so yayyyy. Hoping the domino effect to happen and it will spread in other cities. Yesterday Portsaid had colorful balloons written on it SOS for all the world to see but am not sure how good was the media in covering that part. However government is still going on with parliament elections as planned. Meaning that ikhwan (Islamists) will continue taking over the country if not stopped. They are discussing now whether to ban teaching music in schools or not! Also today the court gave police and army officers the right to grow their beards. I personally think this is completely stupid. Putting religion aside, let's say its war or even just a fight in the street. Wouldn't this make it easier to be grabbed from this beard? I am not sure of course but I thought that's why they have to be clean shaven and short hair. Anyway I believe that if civil disobedience is not spread nothing will change. The number of political activists that have disappeared is around the 180 figure (in 2 weeks). And they are not really political activists. They are young people who spoke up, went down in protests and were admins for some pages on Facebook. The sad thing is more blood is being shed now in smaller cities and more will be shed for them to leave (that is if they left in the first place). And these smaller cities are not covered that well even by local media. We got news by word of mouth or twitter. Finally will end by the sad joke that is going around now in Egypt about Ikhwan (translated)
Ikhwan kept planning for 30 years how to rule Egypt but they forgot to plan how to run it.
