2012 My daughter is 6 It's halloween night She loves to dress She chose to be a gypsy One that you can't miss With curly hair and a red tambourine She loves to impress To add the final touches to her beautiful dress I kneel on the floor to fix the dress and make it more poofy I look up at her and she is such a beauty A silent tear is shed
2024 My daughter is now 18 It's finally her graduation and she is so keen She loves to dress She chose a green short dress To start a new chapter With her wild curly hair, a lot of gazes she captures She loves to impress To add the final touches to her beautiful dress I kneel on the floor to fix the dress and make it more poofy I look up at her and she is such a beauty A silent tear is shed
2030 My daughter is now 24 She is going to walk with her dad as soon we open the door She still loves to dress Today had to be white Getting ready for her "I do's" Her hair is longer, still keeping her curls.
