Today I was sitting on a bus on the way home from college and a man had his wheelchair bulging with shopping, we went around a steep turn and 2 bottles of water fell out of one of the bags, the man couldn't speak and I saw more than one person on that bus notice the water fall but nobody did anything to help. I'm assuming he was asking the lady next to him to get the water for him but she ignored him like he wasn't there, it was horrible because he asked a good few times. Eventually I had enough and went and picked them up for him seeing as everybody else was obviousely far to busy looking out the bus windows, he gave me a huge smile, said something I couldn't understand and tried to give me one of the bottles, I politely said it was okay then turned to the women he had asked for help and said "how hard was that?". She tutted at me but I don't care because people like her mutter and sneer at teenager saying they do nothing for the community but she was the one who was ignoring somebody who needed her help. Adults can moan all the want but they need to have a look at them selfs first before accusing our generation of being rude and whatnot because there's a bloody large lot of us who care more than them!
