There is a place rarely seen
But if you search hard you'll find it
Can not find it through self-care
Maybe at therapy you'll find it there
Maybe the pills you take will help you through the day
I know it isn't fun but you can't always run
Afraid society will label you
Because they don't understand you
Your panic attacks
Your endless nights
Starving fights
Emotional cuts
No need to run
Let the labels go
And know there is always a place to help you cope
