Google asked me to review my shopping experience of Walton's. So here it is:
In all the 11 years that I have been using the internet to shop, no site has ever been as bad as waltons.co.uk garden furniture shop. What was quoted as a 5 working day delivery turned into a two month delivery and even then was missing two parts of the order (chair covers and parasol) which took a further month to arrive.
Their customer service is a shambles. Not a single response to the four emails I sent and waiting for 40 minutes on hold before being able to talk to someone who then tells me that I need to call a different number (which took a further 20 minutes) was just the icing on the foul tasting cake that they are.
I would rather stab my eyes out with a blunt pencil before recommending waltons.co.uk to anyone. This is the saddest excuse for an online shop by far.
