Pegasus

With a flick of its mane
It lept through the sky
Right over the moon
And the stars so high
It's tail was a rainbow
Of gold and of fire
With a single whinny
It helped me and inspired
It's hooves were like drums
They beat as they moved
Not a single thing
Did this commit need to prove
It had wings and feathers
Yet t'was not a bird
Its hair orange flame
And though it sounds absurd
This creature was a Pegasus
From the corners of mind
It is one of the beauty's
That are in my head confined
