Make me a colour
His majesty said
A mix of greens,
Purples and reds
Put in some sparkle
And pinches of truth
Add a dollop of wonder
And the innocence of youth
The colour I made him
Is called galaxy blue
It's full of life
And meanings so true
It has the strength of the sky
And the brightness of stars
It has the pink of a sunset
And the redness of mars
But above all these things
The colour just shows
How anything is possible
When imagination flows.
