"Nadine!" Her mother called. "Come on! Lets go!" Nadine fled her room and ran down the stairs with a series of cracks and creaks. "Com..." She tripped on the way down. She landed on the floor, 10 steps down from where she fell. "Nadine!" she heard her mother say as she slowly passed out. When she was in Adambroke Hospital, the nearest one her mother could find. Her head was blazing with pain. A strange woman came up to her and held her hand. "What...?" Nadine managed to say. "Your in the hospital, love." The woman annoyingly didn't let her finish. "Who are you?" Nadine managed to whisper. The woman stepped back, and said: "But I'm your mother, honey." Nadine creeped away from her in her hospital bed. She was searching for something, anything, to help her remember her. Her mother gasped. "You don't remember me, do you?" She stammered. Nadine shook her head. Her mother burst into tears. After that, all she could remember was her vision going green and then black. She woke again to find herself in the same room, in the same place. She hoped it had all been a nightmare. But no. Her mother was sat on a chair inside her room. Oh no.
