I was in a little play, when I was just a child.
A very timid little lass, so very meek and mild.
The grownups said that I was great,, for someone of my size
Stage struck hit like a ton of bricks, "Stardust, in my eyes."
The Sandman comes sprinkling, magic sand upon the ground.
Shining like silver, in the moonlight all around.
Then he sprinkled sand on me , and much to my surprise,
Instantly I fell asleep, "Magic sand got in my eyes."
I have a snowball, that you shake, the snow swirls round inside,
a little cabin, a tiny sleigh, so you can take a ride.
Snowdrifts deep upon the ground, when I look out the door.
White fluffy pillows piled there, where grass had been before.
Snowflakes, like crystals, falling from the skys.
I turned my face toward heaven, and got "Snowflakes in my eyes."
"Stardust, the Sandman, and Snowflakes, in my eyes"
