Challenge #1: Day 1:
The other day, I realized that so many of the sounds happening around us we tune out to focus on other things. Wherever you are in the world today, take the time for 5 minutes or so as you're going through your day to listen to the richness of the sounds all around you. A buzzing plane, a chirping bird, a humming heater, the click-clack of heels on the pavement...Open your ears!
