Annie smiled politely at the neighbouring apartment owner as they walked out of their door and spotted her. "Oh Annie! Just the girl I wanted to see!" they grinned as they locked their door and faced her warmly. Annie's neighbour was a 30 something year old woman with a 5 year old son living with her. She often invited Annie over for dinner and outings with Johnny (the son) on weekends. "Is something wrong Irene?" Annie asked (for Irene was the woman's name) before catching Johnny in her arms and picking him up; "There is a new tenant arriving today, but I'm going out for the day with Johnny, so would you be a dear and show them the ropes when they arrive?" Annie nodded and exchanged the toddler for a set of keys for the apartment the other side of her own. "I don't know a lot about her, except she's called Hannah!" Irene explained as she waved goodbye to Annie and walked down the stairs and off into the street.
