I like to keep my mummy busy Running around after me makes her dizzy
I like to chew books to soothe my gums When daddy sees them he looks rather glum
I like to squidge food between my fingers Sometimes in my hair it lingers
Spitting food in their face makes me giggle And during nappy change I love to kick and wriggle
Crawling is how I get around and its really cool Beats lying on your back watching soppy people drool
And what about that silly language big people speak Boring! all it does is puts me to sleep
And I've learnt a clever trick, if they tell me No! My lip quivers and I make tears flow
They can't resist my big sad puppy dog eyes But I fear one day to my trick they may become wise
But for now I know I have Mummy and Daddy at my beck and call I would go as far as to say this little girl has it all!
