~Cass' POV
"Alright well we're gonna head out." Mike said after finishing off his beer.
I invited them to stay for a drink before leaving so we had spent a while talking and just hanging out. Taylor went out on a date with some chick he met right after going home.
"Yeah, we'll hang out again though." Vic smiled and got up.
I walked with them to the door. They each hugged me and walked to their car.
I quietly shut the door and walked to the kitchen. I had the house to myself and who knew when Lexi was getting here. I grabbed my phone and started dialing Jeremy's number.
I waited, two rings and he picked up.
"Hello?" He sounded like he was sleeping before.
"Were you asleep?" I laughed sitting down on the couch.
He chuckled, "Yeah."
"Well, come over?" I begged. "Please?"
He sighed and laughed. "You're damn lucky I love you, babe."
"I love you, too."
"I'll be there soon."
"Alright, see you soon." I hung up and started flipping through TV channels trying to find something good to watch.
I decided to just take out my acoustic and play a few songs.
I practiced a few songs and in the middle of Roger Rabbit I heard a knock on the door.
I rushed to open it and there stood Jeremy with a hoodie and jeans on.
I wrapped my arms around him and kissed him deeply. "I missed you." I smiled after pulling away.
He picked me and and took me to the couch sitting me on his lap. "I missed you too." He chuckled and kissed my head.
I picked up my acoustic guitar and started playing a few more songs and he quietly watched or sometimes sang along. His voice was so beautiful, it always made me feel so much better.
After, I put my guitar down on the couch and I leaned my head onto him.
"How was Disney Land with Pierce the Veil?" He said stroking my hand.
"They're cool guys. But I mean, it's not gonna make up for me missing you while I'm on tour." I chuckled. "It's weird that I'm the one saying that for once."
He kissed my head. "I'm proud of you though."
I smiled and looked up at him. "Thank you."
He held my hands and sang to me softly for a while.
I closed my eyes for a minute. When I opened them it was 4 in the morning and I was in my room with Jeremy's arms around me. The quiet buzz of the TV was on.
I rubbed my eyes and tried to sit up but Jeremy's arms locked me in place. "No." He mumbled sleepily. "I'm comfortable."
I smacked him lightly and he let go as I tried to sit up again.
I went to change into a pair of sofie shorts and a big t shirt and crawled back in bed with him.
He stretched his arms around me kissed my cheek. "Goodnight, love."
