When I saw her disappear, I went back to look at the thing she dropped earlier. It looked like a necklace. It was a black necklace that sparkled a lot. I didn't know what to do, but when I remember my parents, I shoved it in my pocket and ran downstairs. I saw my mom move a little.
"Mom, are you ok?"I ask rushing to her side. She opened her eyes and whispered,
"She'll be back. Get us to the hospital and you, your brother and sister go stay with my sister." I was about to ask more when she dozed again. Earlier, dad made me take mussel training now I'm glad I did. I picked mom up and put her on the couch. I did the same with dad. I went to the phone and called Bree.
"Hello" she answered
"Bree, come quick. Something happened to mom and dad and one one broke into our house and she was looking in your secret drawer." I said. I heard her gasp.
"I'll be their quick. Are they ok?" She asked.
"Before mom went back to sleep, she told me to take her and dad to the hospital and we should go to aunt Kate's house." I answered.
"Hurry. Mom said she'll be back soon!" I wailed, scared for my life. I did not know what to do. I went back upstairs and changed to all black. Dad always said if something sad happened in the family, put on as much black as possible to honor the hurt or sad person. I wore a black shirt, black hoodie, black leggings, black boots and even black eye shadow. I wasn't allowed to wear make up but I really wanted to so I did.
As soon as I finished, I heard someone open the door. Was she back?
