6 March 2013
It was a dark stormy night. It was so stormy, no one would be out unless their life depended on it. If you were out, you would have seen 2 people, trying to row a boat to shore.
"Grab the life saver and save yourself!" Wailed the man, tiredly trying to row the boat steady.
"I won't leave you!" Screamed the women over the storm noise. The male looked at her puzzled.
"You always said you wished I was dead. If you go, I'll die!" He said. The woman paused a second before saying
"That was before. Listen, I don't want you to die, i really don't, I love you!" And then just like that, the boat tipped over and the man threw the life saver to the woman, letting himself drown. The woman screamed and cried and cried and then just like that the wind stopped, the tide softened and the storm was gone. But you shouldn't be out seeing stuff you shouldn't see.

Have you ever just woken up and has that feeling something was going to happen soon? Well, that's been happening to me for about a month but I just don't know why I should be worried. I lived the most normal life ever! I have a mom, a dad, 2 twin brothers, and an adoptive older sister. I wasn't even a social outcast and I wasn't a brainiac or stupid. I was in the middle. My life was completely normal, so why was I having these weird feelings? I just don't know.
It was exactly 7:37 AM when woke up. I took a quick glance outside and I knew I was late. I jumped out of bed, not even slipping on my fave slippers, and ran into the bathroom. I brushed my teeth, took a 5 minute shower and ran downstairs, in my bathrobe, to eat my breakfast.
"Your late, my sweet" said mom, frantically flipping some eggs.
"I know, I'll eat while I'm riding to school." I said. Mom let out a sigh.
"Sweetie, why don't you for once just take the school bus?" asks mom.
"Mom, you know I hate the school bus. It's so stinky and crowded you want to throw up!" I wail. She sighs and put the eggs is a zip lock and places it on the table. I run back upstairs, nearly tripping, and put on some sweats. I hate sweats but I'm in a hurry. I'm about to run downstairs when I spot my hair in the mirror. I'm definitely not going to school with frizzy hair. I go into my bathroom and try to find a comb. I search through drawers and behind everything but I can't find a brush. I'm about to ask mom for hers when I realize I'll just save the time and just borrow it. I run into her room and look on her makeup table. Finally, I find it next to her lipstick tube. I was combing my hair when it happened. I saw it. The most beautiful thing I've ever seen. As if by magic, I dropped the brush and pick up the beautiful Lockett necklace. It's has a working watch on the cover that looks ancient. It's gold with diamonds on the border. I just stare at it in beauty. But sadly, the spell is broken when I hear footsteps coming upstairs. I really didn't want to leave the necklace now! I decide to just borrow it for the day and return it tonight. She won't miss it, I mean, she never wore it. I never even knew it! It seems ancient. As soon as I slip the necklace in my sweat's pocket, mom opened the door.
"What are you doing here Shona?" She asks, suspicious of me.
"Umm, well you see, I was looking for a comb to comb my hair." I said. She seemed even more suspicious.
"I'll deal with you later. Now, it's time to go to school. School starts in 16 minutes and your school is 15 minutes away! Now go go go!" She says practically pushing me out the room.
I was safe-or at least I thought......
