The women searches me with her eye then it lands on my face. Her face lights up.
"You must be the new girl. Paige has a single freckle next to her nose." She says making out a small chuckle.
"I'm Ms.Smith. I will be showing you around today." She says extending her arm.
"Nice to meet you." I say shaking her hand firmly. My dad always says shaking firmly is the only way to shake.
"There's supposed to be another new girl." She says rubbing her chin.
"Well, Zee, sit down and we can wait for her." She says nodding to an empty arm chair next to the window. I take a seat and take out my iPod. I start to play temple run and when I'm about o reach 1,000,246, the door opens. A girl with blond hair and big round glasses walks in. She walks to the desk and rings the bell.
"Hi, I'm Samantha, can I talk to ms.smith?" She asks a lot more brave then me.
"Hi Samantha! I'm ms.smith. You will take the tour with fellow new girl Zee" she says pointing to me. I get up, smooth my pink skirt and wave.
Ms.smith leads us outside and we don't even walk one foot when she stops.
"Oh and call me Kate." She says winking at us.
I think I made my first friend.
