Five a day, eight a night.

How easy it is to get this right.

Thirty minutes of cardio, two litres of water.

If you don't do it - well, you oughta.

BMR, BMI,

Measure your waist and try not to cry.

Be happy, avoid stress,

Eat saturated fats much less,

Eat only whole grains and only lean meats,

Don't allow yourself to be tempted by chocolate or sweets!

Drink alcohol responsibly and don't overdo it,

You should try it! There's nothing to it!

It's simple you see, so very easy.

That's why no one in the world suffers from obesity.
