There are things we must accept
Along this road called life.
Though they may cause us heartache,
And a double share of strife.
One of them is distance,
The miles between me and you.
But nothing so trivial could ever break
The bond between us two.
We adapt to survive,
So every storm we can weather.
We grow and change, but best of all
We grow and change together.
Despite the miles that separate,
Our love grows stronger still.
We overcome all barriers.
There's a way because of our will.
