The docks were especially moody looking tonight, the mist creeped around the pier menacingly as I walked my nightly patrol. The city is dangerous, yes even for me but I suppose it wasn't just danger I could sense in the air, it was fright, fear, panic. Ha, I suppose I lie aswell, it wasn't in the air, it was my fright my fear my panic.... And I don't feel like that. Not any more. Not since Area X.
I continued my path down towards the 'escape from mars' themed pier, which still brings excitment even at 33. I was walking along looking at all the retro posters on the wall remembering all the times my brother used to take me when we were growing up, we uesd to run around the place and cause mayhem. Damn I miss james, Sentimental family flashbacks were sadly short lived, I was deafened by a woman's scream and what sounded like... a goat?...... being slawterd ? : /, needless to say it was strange, so I ran as quick as I could underneath the pier to investigate further, And what I found I didn't like or even at first..........understand.
One woman..... Dead. One goat...... Castrated, And dead. And a whole lot of red mess.
Through the carnage and gore something shiny did catch my eye.
A riddle?, A Poem......... ? It was laminated, the sick bastard
It read...
"She was so full of life, fire and emotion. He was just a goat caught in the commotion They pass together, just as they lived, From mars together, so there they sit. Such a lovely gift, But we know it must slip. Or we're all doomed, Can you catch my drift????"
Three words came to mind ....... What the Fu*k?!?!
I phoned for the ECPD straight away, the commissioner wouldn't want to be left in the dark again. Presides I need that stuck up, pencil pushing son of a bitch for this one. This had all the hallmarks of the serial killer that has evaded him his whole career..................Tarot
Well Prehsps he won't be much use after all then.
