Mirror me in the mirror
Room blanketed in black
Gonna make things appear clearer
He'll thank me when I'm back
A trick from the past I'll try
More than your basic scry
A peer into how and why?
I WILL take out this shapeless guy!
Chant the mystic verse
Start this optimistic curse
Illusionistic, Let's immerse
Thunder rattles, lighting illuminates
Its close to the battle, it's time to consume my fate
He'd assume I'd wait ?
But as soon as the mirror breaks
I cross through to hades gate
Acheron is my destination
Going to claim what's mine
My soul taken from me, Its waiting Lost behind vile lines
Hades took his hold
And that I will not take
So my presence will be told
For this,
This is my fate.
It's time for cards to be shown
And laid flat on the table
My brain might be blown
But still fell completely able
The river lies below
Three menacing figures show
I start to take it slow
That's not the path I plan to go
I know a secret route
One I've seen before
A simple route that suits
One close to the brim-fire shore
For I have been here once before
But in another life
Walking past this gore
To try to save my wife
That's all I remember though
The outcome is not too clear
I remember a Lonley weir
So close to cinders, wait, it's here!
Approach it with cation
Looking for a sign
The sign that's scorching
A holy cross divine
The cross marks the spot
Where paths cross in time
I'll get there whist it's hot
I'll make that bastard mine
Moving down, enter inside
Liquid long gone, nothing resides
Apart from one thing, the cross to find
So on with the task, at the forefront of my mind
Picked up the cross
Got on my knees
The chanting starts
I feel the breeze
The darkness parts
I drift with ease
Right to the place
My soul waits for me
I see the gates to hades lair
No ones about
But I know he's there
Shadows are dancing
Menacing shapes made
They fall shallow then dart again
Replenishing,
The darkness paves
It can't behave !
Theres no structure in this dark place
I'm Afraid.
I fall to the ground, I can't face.
My fears have taken me
I'm lost beyond finding
Theses tears are breaking me
I'm cross, My soul lost, hiding
"YOU!"
A devilish tone barked
"THIS PLAIN IS LOCKED FOR MORTALS, HOW THE HELL DID YOU EMBARK?"
"I HAVEN'T GOT YOUR SOUL, HAVEN'T HAD IT FROM THE START"
"YOU MIGHT AS WELL JUST TURN AND LEAVE, GO ON SCARPER, DART!"
What are you saying hades ? I knew you'd try to play me I came here to slay thee You can't tell me what my fate be!
"I KNOW WHAT YOUR FATE BE, A FATE THAT'S NEVER HATE FREE"
"YOU DIDN'T PASS YOUR SIMPLY MISSING, IT WAS POINTLESS YOU EVEN CHASING"
"THE DARKNESS YOUR EMBRACING, WHEN THE LIGHT YOU WAS ONCE GRACING"
"ITS A SIMPLE FACT OF YOU REPLACING, A FIGHT YOU WAS ONCE FACING"
"YOU CROSSED OVER, WE STALKED YOU THROUGH YOUR DREAMS"
"FOR YEARS WE HAVE BEEN WORKING, WORKING ON OUR EVIL SCHEME"
"I DONT THINK YOU SEE, WHAT IT REALLY MEANS"
"SOMETHING CAUGHT BETWEEN, THE PATH OF LIGHT AND DARK, EXTREME"
"THE BALANCE OF MAN, IS THE BRINGER OF ALL CHANGE?, WELL MAYBE SO UNTILL WE GOT IT REARRANGED"
Your crazy and deranged
I know I've been acting strange
But I'm... nearly still the same
I'll feel the same again
Before I went missing, I was so non respondent
Left for work, but after that no correspondence
I've been waking around in a haze for days,
People would say my name, and my brain got fazed
It's like I was someone else.....
You bastard!
That's my soul you felt Shouldn't have been dealing with you Now it's time for payback TRUE!
I'm throwing vengeance dishes cold
My will is strong and bold
Your days are tired and old
Run now, before I scold
"DON'T MAKE ME LAUGH MORTAL, WHAT CAN YOU USE AGAINST ME"
Oh I'm no mere mortal, look through the pretence and see
Am I'm more like you?, or are you more like me?
Why do you think my soul has an essence so free?
For I'm an with Apollo, god of poetry and the arts, and you are in our realm now and your pushing our patients fast
For we have mystical powers beyond your wildest belief We can do anything, many tricks are up our sleeves.

And write in a holy cross
Run at you full pace and plant it

Your power I'm this realm
It's time theses clouds parted
And see you overwhelmed

Done with missery and pain
Gone, out of range
It's time that plans were changed

Sorry to burst your bubble
I could imagine a floor of quick sand
Then your arse would be in trouble
You'd better disappear
You don't want to bring the drama
You know our skills are double
You don't want no more bad karma
Fell the power of my thoughts
I't won't go to last resorts
No more of your mind game sports
I'm taking a higher corse
I'm writing myself to hell
To make your arse a corpse
And down here It will dwell
It's time a lessons taught

With Apollo's spirit sat at side
Time this lone poet ended his crazy dark ride
So Hades is cast
Down the river to see
Three figures so dark
There HIS judgment will be
Judged for HIS judgment
Judged for HIS crimes
Judged for HIS vanity
Judged for HIS mind
JUDGED and we find
The bastard is guilty
Off with his head
If we don't HE will kill me
So I put HIS head on this block
And took a good swing
As the axe in my hand chops
The Angels then sing
White light surrounds
The underworld is lifted
Up woulds though clouds
Up through space we drifted
Serenity and calmness bless
All the shadows turn to friends
Enemies are harmless, YES
Troubles have come to an END.
The calmness has arrived
Now your soul can thrive
You've never felt more alive
With all these people by your side
Friends and family all there
Everybody cares
You are now well prepared
Never again needlessly scared
Visions in the mist
Slowly disappearing
Resisting then they slip
Actuality reappearing
Mirror me in the mirror
Life is what you make it
Mirror me in the mirror
Don't be afraid to take it
Mirror me in the mirror
It's impossible to break it
Mirror me in the mirror
Don't let it be a case of fate missed
