New beginnings, are in store,
My life is feeling, fresh once more.
Moving on, to better times,
Moving on, I hear the chime.
New beginnings, an open door,
I can't wait, to finally soar.
Moving on, and not regretting,
Moving on, but not forgetting.
New beginnings, no longer sore,
I've picked myself, from off the floor.
Moving on, just feels so right,
Moving on, fears out of sight.
New beginnings, I feel alive,
Maybe now, my life can thrive.
Moving on, though the war,
Moving on, to calmer shores.
