I know this is kind of sad... I think that it's really important to have animals at the shelter get homes. So if you think you can please go out and adopt an animal today.
In the next few lines I've put down a few facts.
Fact # 1
5-7 million dogs and cats are put in shelters each year.
Fact #2
3-4 million dogs and cats are euthanized each year.
Fact #3
Of all of the animals that get lost each year, only 2% of cats are returned to their owner, and only 25% of dogs are. This is why it's important to get your pet micro-chipped.
I know not everybody can get a pet, but if you can, please get one!
