Chapter 2
~A King is Crowned~
The forest was extra humid on the day of the coronation. Princess Camomile was riding on her horse, mane flying backwards. She was wearing the traditional coronation gown; a dark green dress, that was velvet and was lined with golden silk. Of course, that was the dress for the queen, over it she wore the top of the king's traditional armour, which shined even in the darkest places. She even had her sword! It was considered very unlady-like to wear armour, go horse-back, or carry a sword but who said she was going to be a proper young lady? With both her parents dead, she had to take her empire and carry it back to sucess. Not to mention take revenge on Anatalia. As Princess Camomile got to the dark meaddow, the monk was lighting long, thick, red candles which were in a circle. On a wooden table at theedgeof the circle, sat three bowls, all hafly filled with powder. Red for sacrification, blue for royalty, and purple for victory. Camomile steped knto tne circle, setting the royal sword on the table. "Your majesty! You arrived! The people should be comming. Are you ready?" the monk stumbled up to her. Soon people were comming from every cornoer of the dark meaddow. There was a buzz of chatter through the crowd. "Ahem! We gather here together today to crown a new king, and queen of Magnotopia. Her and his royal highness, Queen and King Camomile!" The monk anounced. The crowd went confused. Some turned and left. so,e stayed to make fun, Camomile was as strong as her father and as wise as her mother, the people have no idea who they are dealing with. But instead of slothering them in dissrespect. she ignored everything. She took a knee in front of the table. With a dagger, the monk slid the blad accross her arm. She winced a bit, but only a little. A drop of blood fell into each bowl of powder. Next, she took the two hair acessoires, two sticks. They had a pattern at each end. One was for courage, one for leadership. She stuck them in her hair. The monk took her sword and touched both her armoured shoulders. A wierd crown which looked like a mixture between a tiara and a crown was palced on her head. She finally had greater responsability. She could see some poeple, giggling away in the crowd. "What, may I ask, is the laughing matter here?" she said in her best strict queen voice. You could see, they actually started trembling! "I said, what is the laughing matter! May I please have an answer?" she pointed her diamond sword at them. "N-n-nothing, just a....umm... beautiful day, your majesty" to be continued...
