Chapter 1
It was Christmas Eve . We lived in a cosy cottage in the middle of the forest,my mum and dad where In the kitchen rattling all the plaits together . Me an my sister where upstairs in my bedroom which was the loft, dad converted a year go for my birthday. He built in a small window So i Can breath in the fresh air , when ever I'm down I always sit by the window. Me and my sister where talking about what we thought we will get for Christmas ' I hope I get a iPod dad always knew I wanted one' said tess. ' don't put your hopes up ' it was midnight, the clock bell rang. Every year at midnight we get to open a present before we go to bed. So me and my sister ran downstairs and sat by the fire where the tree also was standing. Mum and dad came we all sat around the Christmas tree. 'Cookie where are you' I called out . Cookies our Labrador puppy we never leave him out.
Tess allways opens the biggest present that she has , she took the biggest one and wildly unwrapped the wrapping paper finding out that she got a karaoke machine. She smiled, then thanked everyone I knew she didn't like it I said to my self. She dosnt like singing. Then it was my turn I opens the smallest present ' Skye why don't you open the biggest one' said my mum , 'no mum It's okay I want to open the biggest one in the morning' every year each of us have different wrapping papers this year mine had snowmen on it , I unwrapped my present as I unwrapped it there was a box I opened it and it was a small necklace with a heart saying Skye on it. 'Its beautiful thank you mum and dad I love it' okay girls off to bed know Santa won't come if you don't go to bed said dad. 'Dad can you leave Santa some cookies and milk please said tess . Yes sure now of to bed.
One thing,Forgot to tell you is that I have six scence. Tess ran upstairs to bed, as I walked up to my room I felt really strange, like something was going to happen I ignored it and went to bed. 'Mum , dad wake up said tess it's CHRISTMAS!!! 'Go and wake up Skye 'said dad I ran to Skye's bedroom to find out that she wasn't there her bed was already slept in, I ran to my mum and said 'mum Skye isn't in her room' okay hunny go and check downstairs then ' said mum. I ran downstairs and cookie ran to me barking 'cookie shoosh be quite. 'Skye , Skye where are you stop hiding its not funny anymore' my mum came down 'tess did you find her ' no mum.
