I was crying as Lois pushed me back into my cell.
"Your a fool Ally thinking you were going to be leaving this place today!" Edward said.
Boy was I mad! Everybody hates me, probably even my own parents now too. I was thrown into jail just for somebodies satisfaction of seeing a poor girls dreams crushed! Three days ago, I had my own room and a great education in my hands. Now all I have is a rusty, awful looking sink and a metal frame and what I think is a matress to call my bed. I stared at the heavy metal door in front of me looking for a way to possibly escape. I didn't know why I was even trying for I was stuck here for the next two years. Then, it happened. I saw those strange patterns again. It was almost as if my eyes were scanning my cell. I stood up and did a complete circle in place where I was standing. Everything looked so different. I could tell where the weak spots in the wall were and see that there were several paper clips under my bed. For such a small town, we had a pretty good jail cell. From the looks of it there was no way for me to get out unnoticed. I was about to walk over to my bed when I felt a cold breeze on my back. There was a window at the top of the wall. How did I not notice this before? It was on the other side of where my bed was, but the opening looked big enough that if I could get up there, I could escape. I walked to the end of my bed and lifted it up. The frame was light and I could easily pick it up and bring it to the other side without making a sound. The rungs going across it would help serve as a ladder. It was a good thing the officers let me change back into my jeans and t-shirt. I'd have to wait until the officers fell asleep to put my plan into action.
"Here's your dinner Ally." Edward said mockingly.
A banana was thrown through the bars. It wasnt much but it was better than nothing. I looked over at the clock on the wall to see how many hours I'd have to wait. Seven o' clock already? Only a few more hours left. I sat on my bed and ate my banana just waiting for the time to come. I would be out of here sooner than I thought!
