Why am I always this way?
Just a film on a loop,
projecting in the dark
of a girl on a swing
being tossed by her own weight,
and the weight of the world.
Back and forth.
Back and forth.
For a minute she's alive
then with one swift movement
she's flying backwards in time
making the same mistakes
over and over
again.
