She has blue eyes
And long blonde hair
But in her heart
She climbs up
Rainbow stairs
That lead to a mystery land
In her pretty head
She said
Stop looking at me
There is nothing to see
These eyes don't feel
And my hair isn't real
I just climb the multicolored staircase
Looking for the place
Where I can see
What you see in me
At the top of the stair
She stood
Her hair tangled
Her legs like twigs
Stood
Before a giant mirror
She faced her fear
But all she saw was her porcelain skin and rosy cheeks
Her bare feet cold
On the sleek rainbow
Platform
So she backed up a little
And sprinted, she flew towards the mirror
She collided with it
And it shattered into a million tears
Of a million girls
She fell forever
She fell for herself
And never
Doubted her beauty again
