How can you know my name

Beneath the rustle

Of blue twilight leaves

Beyond their trees

There is no ground

Beneath my feet

I've stayed on the path

I dream

And relax

It's my human life

Whose dark forest

Casts shadows

On the path

Casts shadows

On my confidence

It leads to my death

My early death

The man in blue

Blue twilight leaves

Blue suit

Back turned

Turned in shame

I know his name

But not his face

He knows my name

In this surreal place

I follow him

Through vines and leaves

To the place where

There is no ground

I follow him to see his face

My whole life has snapshots

Of him around

But he has no face

And no regrets

He rose from the depths

For my demise

He rose from the depths

He wants to steal my eyes

My blue eyes

Blue twilight leaves

Blue suit

He sucks me in

With superstition

He steals my lips

And recognition

My face goes blank

I fall to the depths

And I cease to exist

He stole my face

How can you know my name

Beneath the rustle

Of twilight leaves
