Ingredients: 1 Cup Low-Fat Greek Yogurt 1 Banana Sliced Into Coins 1 Cup Blueberries or Strawberries 4 Tsps Carmel Sauce or Chocolate Syrup 2 Tbs Chopped Almonds

Directions: •Spoon 1/4 cup yogurt into two juice glasses •Add a layer of bananas and blueberries or strawberries •Drizzle 1/2 tsp of carmel sauce or chocolate syrup over each •Repeat layers till cup is full •Sprinkle Almonds on the top •Then eat it!!!
